Shipping Member - First Shift Johnsonville Holton, KS Position Overview Why this is a great job for someone who accepts nothing less than personal greatness:
We currently have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, self-starting individual who is dedicated to supply management.
This member will need exceptional customer service to Johnsonville Members and our vendors.
This position will be in Shipping operating a forklift loading and unloading trailers.
Pay range will be $22.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities Consistently handle great tasting sausage products according to specifications (see Result Blocks) Ability to learn all required SAP transactions.
Move product with a forklift into and out of blast freezer and put away product in freezer racks.
Correct use of scanning equipment.
Understand receiving sheets and bills of lading.
Understand shop orders and material status inquiry options.
Know and follow all GMP's.
Develop a strong set of world class skills in the area of shipping and the warehouse Utilize your organizational and communication skills through documentation of incoming receivables, product movement, inventory and providing proper storage Have an impact on customer success by productively assembling customer orders and keeping order pickers supplied with necessary product Actively participate in daily meetings and project teams Work with your team and coach to creatively, effectively and successfully executing daily tasks in daily team meetings Work with your coach to grow not only yourself but your team by making goals and plans to achieve those goal All other duties as assigned.
Education High School Diploma Preferred Experience / Skills Ability to effectively use a computer and possess good written and verbal skills when communicating with others.
Ability to retrieve supplies from the warehouse and issue supplies to Team Members.
Ability to operate forklift Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to multitask.
Good organizational skills.
Decision making / prioritizing.
Requires full range of body motion:
standing, squatting, kneeling, upper body twisting:
occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, hand and wrist mobility.
Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50 pounds Walking/Standing/Climbing stairs throughout the shift Bending/Reaching/Twisting throughout the shift Other Requirements Willingness to work and cover absence and vacation Location:
